*active stretching w/ agility ladder

*warm up 3x
-5 pull ups
-5 push ups
-5 bent knee sit ups
-5 BW squats

*for time
1 mile run
3 rounds
-10 knees to elbows
-20 reverse pulls
-30 back extensions
- finish with a mile run
